Project Description
Endeavor is providing turn-key Initial Outfitting & Transition services for a multi-phased renovation combining Behavioral Health and Family Advocacy into a unified clinical space. The project modernizes the facility and FF&E to support improved workflow, functionality, and delivery of care to service members and their families.
The effort requires carefully coordinated phased transitions, including temporary relocation of staff to an on-site trailer during construction, followed by final activation within the renovated clinic. All work is performed in coordination with IT and Base Security requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing phased relocation, installation, and activation across two primary project stages
Coordinating temporary and final moves of clinical and administrative spaces
Installing over 600 new FF&E items and relocating approximately 150 reuse items
Excessing and disposing of more than 350 outdated assets
Supporting transition of approximately 40 personnel between locations
Overseeing procurement, logistics, staff orientation, and project closeout
