Beale AFB Behavioral Health Addition/Alteration

Endeavor is providing turn-key Initial Outfitting & Transition services for a multi-phased renovation combining Behavioral Health and Family Advocacy into a unified clinical space. The project modernizes the facility and FF&E to support improved workflow, functionality, and delivery of care to service members and their families.

The effort requires carefully coordinated phased transitions, including temporary relocation of staff to an on-site trailer during construction, followed by final activation within the renovated clinic. All work is performed in coordination with IT and Base Security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing phased relocation, installation, and activation across two primary project stages

• Coordinating temporary and final moves of clinical and administrative spaces

• Installing over 600 new FF&E items and relocating approximately 150 reuse items

• Excessing and disposing of more than 350 outdated assets

• Supporting transition of approximately 40 personnel between locations

• Overseeing procurement, logistics, staff orientation, and project closeout
