Endeavor is providing Initial Outfitting & Transition services for the replacement Veterinary Treatment Facility at Fort Belvoir. The project supports a new facility designed to deliver comprehensive veterinary care and operational support for military working animals.
Our team is responsible for the full coordination of outfitting and transition activities, including procurement and installation of new furniture, fixtures, equipment, and the relocation and disposition of existing assets.
Working in close coordination with government stakeholders and facility personnel, we are managing a complex transition process to ensure all spaces are fully operational and aligned with mission requirements at turnover. This includes detailed planning, scheduling, and execution of moves, installation, testing, and activation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing procurement and installation of new furniture, fixtures, equipment, and communication systems
Coordinating relocation, reinstallation, and disposition of existing property
Developing and executing transition plans, including move schedules, storage, and staging
Supporting equipment testing, certification (BMET), staff orientation, and activation
Coordinating with DHA, installation personnel, and multiple stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition
