MCAS New River Medical & Dental Clinic Replacement

Endeavor provided turn-key Initial Outfitting & Transition services for a 43,862-square-foot ambulatory care center designed to meet Marine Centered Medical Home (MCMH) standards. The facility includes Behavioral Health, Dental, Flight Medicine, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Radiology, and other clinical and administrative spaces.

Our team managed the full IO&T process, including project management, equipment planning, procurement, logistics, installation, and activation. We coordinated closely with project stakeholders to ensure all spaces were fully operational at turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinated delivery and installation of over 4,000 furniture, equipment, and commodity items

• Managed warehousing, logistics, and on-site distribution

• Oversaw equipment testing, certification (BMET), and staff training

• Supported transition and relocation of 115 staff members into the new facility

• Led closeout, warranty coordination, and final activation support
