Project Description
Endeavor provided activation and relocation services for the Women’s Services Department at MD Anderson Cancer Center. The project involved relocating and expanding the department within an active clinical environment, increasing the footprint from approximately 2,000 to 3,600 square feet.
Performed within an off-site leased space at Fannin Tower in the Texas Medical Center, the facility remained fully operational throughout the project. Our team executed a carefully coordinated transition to ensure continuity of care and avoid disruption to patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Managed inventory, relocation, and installation of existing and new FF&E, equipment, and IT assets
Coordinated medical equipment planning, testing, and certification (BMET)
Supported phased relocation of clinical and administrative spaces, including exam rooms, nurse stations, and waiting areas
Ensured minimal disruption to ongoing operations within an active healthcare environment
Provided training, warranty coordination, and project closeout support
