Misawa Hospital Modernization

Endeavor is providing turn-key Initial Outfitting & Transition services for a multi-phased hospital renovation project. The project modernizes the facility and FF&E to meet current standards while improving functionality, workflow, and the delivery of care to service members and their families.

Our team is managing the full IO&T process, including planning, procurement, logistics, installation, and activation. Due to the phased nature of the renovation, the project requires continuous coordination to relocate staff and assets across multiple temporary and permanent spaces while construction is ongoing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating phased delivery, installation, and activation across multiple project stages

• Managing warehousing, logistics, and distribution, including OCONUS support

• Installing approximately 970 new FF&E items and relocating 340 reuse items

• Excessing and disposing of over 1,000 outdated assets

• Supporting transition and relocation of nearly 100 staff members

• Overseeing equipment testing, certification (BMET), training, and closeout
